For our office in Milan, we are seeking individuals with business and technology consulting experience to support the delivery of LIST solutions for our customers. Your efforts will directly impact the value realized by the customer and the ultimate success of the relationship.
This role will work closely with customers and the all LIST internal teams to design and configure customer solutions. If you have the passion and energy to work in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment, you are the person we are looking for!
Role Summary & Responsibilities
• Gather functional and business requirements from client and translate into a functional solution design, which meets customer needs, provides maximum solution value, and is within scope of LIST products/services;
• provide end user training as needed;
• collaborate with other departments in the company to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues in a timely fashion;
• work with the key account manager, the product management team and development organization to channel client feedback and solutions into future releases of the LIST product suite.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Ms degree in Economics, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in the same role within financial industry and within an international and complex environment;
• customer facing experience in solution design & system delivery;
• fluent in English and Italian;
• knowledge of investment banking business;
• marked interest in capital markets, financial services and investment banking;
• knowledge of IT organizational, business and technical environments;
• ability to breakdown complex information to simple solution requirement;
• ability to demonstrate experience with data analysis and data manipulation;
• team player with solid communication and presentation skills;
• good knowledge of MS Office;
• willing to travel on business;
• basic knowledge of Financial Markets;
• basic knowledge of IT services in the area of trading and banking solutions;
• operational knowledge of IT infrastructure domains.
