Gruppo Cimbali is looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for our company and drive an ambitious full digital strategy.
The candidate will report to the Group Marketing and Communications Director.
What does a Digital Marketing Manager do?
As a Digital marketing Manager, you should have in-depth brand marketing knowledge and a passion for digital technologies and analytics. You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital Marketing Manager will work with the Brand Team, Business Unit, HQ functions and Sales Department, to support and launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Main Tasks
Translate Brand Strategy into digital marketing
Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
Develop and maintain Group web sites (group, brand, local, academy and company museum)
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns: SEO/SEM, display advertising
Drive direct marketing – contribute in CRM
Grow all social media presence across all digital channels
Manage agencies and partners
Translate brand events into digital activities
Measure and report on given KPIs
Manage one person and all budgeting process
Requirements
· Proven working experience in digital marketing
· Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and to work with different departments also internationally
· Flexibility and ability to work in a constantly evolving environment
· Curious, open minded, well travelled
· Great interpersonal and communication skill
· Fluent English - Another language is preferable
