·       Achieve sales, profitability and targets of the area managed

Key Role Responsibilities:

·       To be accountable to implement sales strategy application on proper area of responsability

·       Participate in special projects such as fairs, promotions, launches of new products and marketing initiatives, in collaboration with the Marketing and Communication Department

·       Participate in the management of relations with Key Accounts in the assigned area

·       Implement the Go to Market plan with the Trade Marketing team and Business Units

·       To coordinate external partners in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness of sales network

·       To support external partners during special deals closing

·       To build a solid and strong collaboration with Technical Managers

·       To collect market feedback and business insights

·       To conduct one-to-one business review with all external partners managed

·       Prepare sales presentations and business proposals oriented to the product introduction and to enforce the Brand Awareness

·       To control expenses to meet budget guidelines

Experience and qualifications:

·       Fluent in English and French 

·       Bachelor Degree in Economics or Engineering

·       Required previous experience in South Europe

·       At least 3-5 years' experience in similar roles

·       Solid experience in dealing with distributors network/dealers 

·       Strong commercial acumen and planning capability

·       Tenacity and resilience, with a results orientated mentality

·       Demonsrated experience of identifying customer requirements and developing creative and innovative customer-centric solutions with an international context

·       Sales network management and organization

·       Knowledge of sales techniques

·       Long-term customer relationship management skills

·       Sales operations: scheduling, sales activities planning, pipeline management

·       Salesforce Knowledge preferable
