According to our dedicated philosophy, we have a new challenging position as Global Sales Analyst to join our Sales Department.

He/She will create relevant analyses to support our strategic approach in business development, identifying trends and opportunities to improve our sales. He/She will work in concert with the sales teams on determining the most effective activity plans and prioritization.

Primary Purpose of the Position:
Business development:

o   support sales teams through proactive researches of niche, new markets, countries and segments to be developed;

o   explore data to find actionable opportunities and make recommendations.

 Business optimization:

o   deliver analyses and support execution to reach sales growth objectives by segments and accounts management;.

o   analyse sales teams performances.

Business planning:

o   support in identifying trends and demand evolving sales assumptions;

o   provide intelligent data to optimize sales planning and consequent ROI;

o   provide qualitative analysis for KPIs comparisons and for future choices.

Mandatory Requirements:
Strong attitude towards analysis (data-driven and detail oriented);
Strong analytical mind-set combined with proven track record in structured methods;
Business acumen, eager to work shoulder to shoulder with Business Leaders to propose solutions;
Proactive and autonomous;
Problem solver and results-driven, with a can-do attitude;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Great team-worker, able to contribute to an enjoyable work environment;
Very good knowledge of English and Italian;
  Good literacy with the Office suite, in particular with Excel and Power Point. 

It will be considered a plus if you have:
Experience in the tourism and hospitality industry;
Knowledge of Opera and Sales Force Automation;
Knowledge of a 3rd language.
