S/he is responsible for the start and  the development of the activities in Italy, with an increase in turnover and profitability as a result. This means the development of different services (outsourcing, recruitment & selection and projectwork) in IT and Engineering. HOO is responsible for the P&L of that complete activity.

Candidate Responsibilities:

- Contacting with the market and therefore also responsible for the acquisition and fidelization of prospects and important customers
- Maintain internal and external network in function of the growth of your business.
- Analysis of results, customer needs, market position of the competition and the situation on the labour market
- Drawing up an annual business plan and then implementing, adjusting and following
- Determine and deploy the right resources
- Determine the SMART objectives and corresponding action plans for the sales and the influx
- Drawing up the budgets and realizing them
- Elaboration and negotiation of integrated, multiple service “customized” contracts 
- Supervise compliance with policy decisions and procedures
- Integrate important changes, trends and opportunities regarding the labor market and customer needs in the business plan and its implementation
- Recruiting team members and staffing teams
- Introduction and follow up of new employees
- Steer, inspire and encourage to take on the responsibilities
- Evaluate the employees
- Encourage and guarantee the development of (new) employees in an active way
- Taking on an exemplary role and promoting the company values

Key Requirements:

- At least 8 years of experience in similar positions for complex business or international consultancy firms
- High experience in the Italian market and strong affinity with the Engineering and/or IT world
- Relevant commercial experience and strong in negotiating at a high level
- Experience in people management
- English and Italian full proficiency, other language is a plus
