Your main tasks:
Single Point of Contact for the operation in the country and for the HQ in terms of online shop specific requirements
Continuous development of the online shop in Italy and the associated project management
Planning and executing of onsite marketing activities with regard to globally planned campaigns and online KPIs
Briefing, coordinating and editing of graphics for the online shop
Strong cross-functional collaboration with departments of the cross channel marketing, category management, the counter parts in the country and agencies
Monitoring and optimization of the internal search
Reporting and analysis of daily KPIs and deduction of potential recommendation for action
Development of innovative cross-media marketing ideas, as well as cross-channel concepts for conversion optimization
Your profile:
Successfully completed business studies or comparable experience
At least 2 years of professional experience in online sales management / onsite marketing, ideally in the international retail environment
Above average analytical skills, quick understanding and structured working methods
High customer orientation, innovation, digital mindset and hands-on mentality
Very good knowledge of all common MS Office programs, SAP and CMS knowledge is a plus
High degree of initiative, assertiveness and willingness to learn and to perform
Fluent in English is a must - written and spoken, Italian and German is a plus
Willingness to get to know the assortment as well as passion for the pet industry
