Product Marketing Expert (Financial Services)
The candidate, joining Marketing Department, will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Managing the entire end-to-end product marketing process and the sale to B2C targets of the product line financial services;
* Developing new concepts and product launches based on insights/needs from the target market and the analysis of targets and competitive landscape, translating it into a Go to Market Strategy;
* Developing marketing mix local strategy and operational activities of product lines marketing;
* Collaboration with the international Product Manager Team, bringing a local commercial and strategic view to the product hub, improving synergies for product development purposes;
* Lines KPI analysis, with related control and monitoring of the activities;
* Suggesting, analyzing, and managing projects, checking their technical and economic feasibility through business cases/ad hoc assessments;
* Suggesting and developing new promotional offers based on the existing product Portfolio;
* Acting as an expert/partner with internal departments and external stakeholders in order to translate product developments into real business opportunities;
To be successful in the role the candidate will need:
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Marketing or Communication;
* Professional experiences: at least 5 years of experience in this role in the field of product Marketing and creation and marketing of financial/legal product lines/services; proven previous experience in managing innovative B2C projects; knowledge of the competitive target markets; previous
experience in fintech, financial or legal corporations is an asset.
* Technical skills: product and digital marketing experience; Project Management;
* Language skills: excellent knowledge of spoken and written English (C1 level);
* Computer skills: excellent knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel).
