Randstad Milano Office is looking for 2 account managers to join a multinational company leader in e-commerce market.
Responsabilità
Main responsabilities:
- Build good relationship with Clients and give them different online solutions
- Routinely contact clients online and offline and facilitate clients life cycle from on-boarding, fast growing to mature operation stage
- According to customers Life cycle, provide different training and manage the segmented customers through community building and operation
- Make full use of tools and data, optimize way of working to improve service efficiency and enhance the customer received value
- Resolve client issues in a timely manner
- Gather partner and client feedback to enhance products and the customer experience
- Key account management, benchmark, and success story creation
Functie-eisen
Requirements:
- 3 years and above experience in account manager of e-commerce platform
- Fluency both in Italian and English
- Understanding and experience of Italy featured industry like Food&Beverage, Beauty&Personal care, Machinery is preferred.
We offer a supply contract, 1 year duration, with the possibility of further extension.
Salary will be commensurate with the candidate.
