You will improve your skills in an international and young environment, that manages and promotes MOVE programs in all the Mazars Countries, training and workshop abroad, an internal e-learning platform for technical and soft skills courses. About you:
As part of the Engagement Management Accounting team based in Milan, the candidate will be involved in all engagement management activities, including but not limited to the following :
Perform day-to-day engagement management activities (opening, maintenance and closing; engagements)
Track expenditures and perform client bill and receivable collection functions;
Prepare reports to track financial metrics such as revenues, expenses, WIP;
Perform reconciliations, financial analysis and ad-hoc reports as requested;
Provide support to the finance and controlling activities.
Qualifications:
B.A./B.S with Major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management;
Fluent English;
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial analysis role and billing process;
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills;
Outstanding attention to detail and adherence to deadlines;
Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team;
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a client service environment, audit and consulting business;
Experience with NetSuite / OpenAir or similar ERP systems.
