The company, founded at the end of the 19th century in New York, is the world's largest insurance company specializing in Property and Casualty listed on the stock exchange.
The purpose the role includes all activities linked and related to manage affinity key accounts: account optimization, process management, product management, portfolio management, planning, forecasting, monitoring, auditing and reporting activities.
He/she will be also expected to contribute at the delivery of sustainable profitable growth within the affinity business and also involves developing and acquiring new business.
He/she will be assisted by the key function leaders and teams. And will work closely with his/her peers.
He/she will support proactively the development of the assigned business in compliance with guidelines and tasks assigned.
Jointly with the relevant key function leader and reporting to the Affinity Manager, will manage the full relation with key accounts.
Naturally oriented to account management and optimization tasks and activities (portfolio maintenance and optimisation, scenario analysis).
Contribute to new product development, and business acquisition with research and technical risk assessment with a view to support the decision process-risk selection (underwriting).
Support the annual/quarter/monthly business plan and forecasts various sessions for the assigned portfolios.
Languages: Italian (Native) - English (Proficient User) both written and spoken
Ideally 1 to 3 years’ experience in similar role.
Educational or professional background in Insurance or Financial Services.
