My client is looking for a solution driven professional Accountant to join their finance team in Assago. Reporting into the Managing Director and working in a fast-paced environment with a highly experienced team to support you, the successful candidate will have a pivotal role to play in proving timely financial support.
Background
• 2-3 years' experience in Accounting
• Minimum qualification High School Diploma in Accounting
• Good English (written & verbal)
• Experienced ERP user (SAP-FI)
Key competences:
- Responsible for the accurate booking of all journal entries and accounting documents into the general ledger for allocated clients and suppliers
- Follow-up on supplier's payments with the treasury team in Germany;
- Follow-up on customer's collections and connection with customers;
- Perform monthly reconciliation of supplier's accounts and correct any mismatching;
- Prepare the monthly Intrastat reports and send them to the tax advisor for processing;
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records of suppliers master data;
- Experience in forecast activity, monitoring and managing corporate costs and revenues
- Daily collection of inputs from operations, programs, division
- Creates statistic reports
