POSITION TITLE: Aftersales & Service Engineer
JOB LOCATION/REGION: Italy
REPORTS TO: Aftermarket Sales Manager
SALARIED OR HOURLY STATUS: Salaried


Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Performance of maintenance work, inspections and new installations on customer site
• Troubleshoot and report failures on the telephone and on site
• Give proper technical support to customer to minimize downtimes
• Support professional image of technical Service and products
• Give customer start up training
• Install and serve waterjet pumps all over the European countries, mainly in home country
• Build up customer trust through service and courtesy visit
• Proactively promote the sales of maintenance activities and spare parts


Specific knowledge, skills and abilities
• Good knowledge in the mechanics, electrics and hydraulics
• Costumer orientated positive attitude
• Good organizational skills
• Familiar to use Windows/Office
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Flexible in location of work, willing to travel

Qualification/Experience and/or Training:
• Mechanical or electrical engineer, mechatronics engineer, technician, electrician or other qualified job related to manufacturing and technical services within the waterjet industry preferable
• Drivers licence
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
