For a multinational Company, leading provider within Horeca business we are searching for an:
Assistant Country Manager
Reporting to the Country Manager plans and coordinates the day-to-day running of the business in the country, with the view to enabling the company to achieve its overall sales and profits objectives. He always seeks for new opportunities and solutions ensuring the delivery of all operational and business development tasks in order to take the role of Country Manager in few months.
Main responsibilities:
• Plans and directs the organisation's activities in the country to achieve agreed targets and standards
for financial and trading performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence;
• Coordinates activities of the Commercial Manager, Operations Manager, Financial Manager, HR
Manager, General Services Officer and Warehouse Manager;
• In charge of the direct recovery for all Customers who pay locally and of the payment of the main
• Responsible of the correct pursuance of safety Rules as per Company and Client's policies;
• Reviews weekly and monthly project status reports and evaluate that schedules or plans will meet
project goals;
• Manages and trains multiple subordinate Team members addressing complaints and resolving
• Provides effective leadership through supervision, evaluation, development and mentorship;
• Executes company processes successfully to ensure 100% compliance, guarantees that annual
performance goals are met or exceeded;
• Oversees Finance & Accounting operations;
• Analyses and comments the periodical financial statement and is P&L responsible.
Knowledge and experience:
Bachelor's degree, MBA is a plus;
At least 5 years' experience at Horeca Companies;
Experience in multinational companies and in leading roles;
Good knowledge of international markets.

Fluency in English;
Good knowledge of MSOffice.
