Adecco Italy Spa, for a consulting company based in Milan, is looking for a Bid Manager.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Support Sales Manager in defining the bid milestone and keep the bid pace;
Collect and check bid deliverables from functions (System Engineering, Installation, Sales, Operations, Procurement, Planning, Legal, Insurance, PM, Risk, Document Controlling, etc.);
Support Sales Manager in preparing the TPA;
Deliver the bid (upload through clients document management system);
Bid back office: Sharepoint archive management; data library/ Norms maintenance (casts, design, contract); Technical Query/ Leg Management (technical legal, PM, QMSE);
Coordinate a team of two people;
You will have:
Previous experience, minimum 3 years, in bid management or similar role (e.g. Project Management)
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics or Scientific disciplines;
Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications;
Ability to communicate fluently in spoken and written English.
We offer a permanent contract. Level and Salary based on the experience.
