We are looking for an intern to join the Employer Relations and Career Services office in the Market & Partners Division, which supports students and graduates providing advice, tools and opportunities for an effective job search, and collaborate with global companies for their recruiting and employer branding activities.
This internship opportunity will allow the candidate to deeply understand the logic of a service-oriented “business”, with a particular focus on data collection and analysis related to the graduates' outcome on the job market, process design and innovation.
In particular, the intern will be supporting a small, dynamic and cross-functional team in the following activities:
• Create and improve online services as part of the ER&CS initiatives with students (activities of analysis, benchmarking and definition of guidelines of all the innovative projects);
• Analysis and design of processes and identification of the related IT systems for the whole Market & Partners Division;
• Data collection process, organizing and managing databases;
• Conducting ad hoc analysis to support the ER&CS activities, contribute to internal discussions to build insights and integrate finding;
• Maintaining and preparing effective reports to present the analysis performed.
Requirements
• Graduated with a Master's Degree, preferably in Economics/Business Analytics/Innovation Management/Management Engineering;
• Fluent in English and Italian;
• Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Data-driven approach;
• Soft skills: good interpersonal and team working skills; analytical and critical thinking; problem solving; organization.
We are offering a 6 months paid internship, starting from January 2023.
