Business Analyst and Sales Operations Support
Purpose
The Business Analyst and Sales Operations Support is a sales role that supports our Account Team in translating customer software requirements into licensing solutions. Success in the role includes increasing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
·Build internal and partner support for commercial details; manage key stakeholders to meet critical deadlines.
·Innovative solutions that maximize licensing opportunities associated with annuity initiatives
·Consult with Sales Teams and Sales Management on key licensing strategies and opportunities
·Continuous business learning and professional growth

Who are we looking for?
·University or college graduate degree (Bachelor or Master degree)
·Previous work experience 1-3 years
·Positive attitude and passion for working with customers and partners
·Very good analytical and presentation skills
·Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
·Tenacious, result-oriented, and committed to continuous learning
·Teamplayer with ability to work independently
·Ability to strategic and critical thinking
·Great communication skills in English and Italian required
We offer fixed term contract (end of June) with possible extension.
