Randstad Italia SpA - Division Inhouse Services is looking for a great Business Growth Coordinator for its client, a great telco company.
The Business Growth Coordinator will take care of the Business strategy and performance of the company mobiles services in Italy, with a clear focus on User Acquisition, Monetization & Retention through content and digital services design. We are looking for a person with a good understanding of mobile ecosystem and monetization.
The candidate will be engaged in the Business Growth for consumer services in AI business, Virtual and Voice Assistant, Browser.

Responsabilità
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the service performance and achieve the business target
- Define the Business Growth strategy and plan, to drive user growth, retention and revenue. Leverage data and insights to understand our customers and funnel in depth, identify areas of opportunity
- Analyze the Voice of Consumer and propose improvements and optimizations
- Establish relationships with local partners to aggregate rich, high quality local content and services. key interface and work closely with content partners to drive business growth
- Organize campaigns and events (online/offline) for the Service promotions in Italy
Functie-eisen
Desired skills and background:
- 2+ years of experience on B2C mobile/online services, preferably specialized in digital Assistant
- Good knowledge of content editorial/management/operation, content production, content quality control, Ads monetization, or marketing
- Proactive and forward thinking, with good industry knowledge and ability to use own initiative
- Deep understanding of Mobile user consumption trends, needs and expectations
- Experience with Data Analytics, excellent analytical skill
- Highly motivated with the ability to thrive in a fluid, demanding and fast paced environment
- Ability to manage ambiguity, solve problems, and scale effectively across a large organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
