As Digital & Technologies team, we are currently recruiting a Business Support for the Italian unit of a prestigious global Company, leader in the IT Industry.
The role of the Business Support will be to work with Commercial Executives and support them mainly doing pre and post-sale administrative tasks, like the following:
• Preparation of Contract Economics Scenarios (Bill of Material) using Excel and internal tools
• Interaction with Internal Team for customized Bill of Material
• Contract Paperwork management
• Entry point for Deal Desk/Business Desk tool request
• Concession request
• Amendment preparation
• Customer change name process
• Pre-Credit Check follow up
• Credit Terms Extension Request
• Credit & Rebill
What we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 1 year of sales and negotiation experience is desirable
• Field of Study: Business, Management, IT, Commercial Sales
• Sales and partner management, sales processes and methodologies training as per Industry Standard
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certifications: Designing and Providing Microsoft Volume Licensing Solutions to Large Organizations
• Languages: Italian and English (B2)
• Comfortable speaking at all organisational levels
• Strategic, long-term thinker able to analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Team player and collaborative – high performing individualists will not be successful
• In-depth and strategic understanding of Microsoft licensing programs will be essential but not required at hiring
