- Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans within area of competence

- Develop profit and loss plan to ensure maximized returns and profit targets

- Help shape a competitive organization according to business strategy and development plans

- Ensure targets are delivered through performance review, reward and individual recognition

- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them


> 3 years of sales experience in management systems certification services

Experience in selling advisory services will be appreciated

Outstanding relational and communication skills

Self-starting, result-oriented, team player

Good knowlegde in IT tools

Fluent English

Previous working experience in East Europe in similar roles will be considered as a "PLUS"

The candidate will be part of S&W Europe Region chart and it will be considered the possibility to come in Italy for similar roles after 3 years"
