Digital & Technology is seeking an a Category Manager. A broad of role that lives at the intersection of Category Management, Channel Marketing and Sales in Western Europe with special focus on Italian market.
How your days looks like? No day is the same and you will have a varied set of activities for which you are responsible for performing both internally and externally. You will have contact with various departments and ensure that all Surface products are available for sale on the market, are properly advertised and achieve the desired results. You know where to get information from and translate it into conclusions and actions and you ensure excellent execution. All this in close collaboration with the senior category manager, to whom you report.

You ensure a uniform look and feel of marketing communications. Is a new product being launched? You take the company go-to-market strategy in English as a starting point, translate for Italian market and work in partnership with local teams to land it in each partner. The essence of what you do is to facilitate the internal organization, make the process run as smoothly as possible and add your value to it.

Team/Department Mission

The WE Surface Category team is responsible for setting the retail strategy across Western Europe and collaborate with EMEA HQ to create demand for our products and services through an unbroken demand chain and maximizing profit for the company.

The Category Manager owns and drives the go-to-market planning for Surface in WE with focus on Spain and Portugal, in collaboration with the local Sales and Marketing teams, partners and WE category management team.
