Client Care Associate - L.68/99

We count on our Client Care support team to help developers use our product to build financial applications, as quickly, reliably and securely as possible.

Our Onboarding Associates are the “troubleshooters” who are curious about our client's use
cases and where our technologies can benefit their business.
We are looking for an Onboarding Associate to help our Client Care team in taking customers live which includes providing guidance, feedback and best practices based on the customer use cases.

As an Onboarding Associate you will:
? Enable customers to integrate with our APIs
? Create check-ins with customers to drive integration, deliver value and assist with
technical issues
? Coordinate with Client Care & other team members to ensure clients are on-boarded
quickly & effectively.
? Provide training and support to onboard, educate and optimise clients on our platform.
? Lead stakeholders through an efficient and effective onboarding process for new clients,
providing regular and accurate client and internal communications;
? Advocate for our Customer needs internally by delivering insightful, quantitative
feedback
? Maintain a keen eye on industry developments and best practices relevant to client
onboarding and client experience

Requirements:
? Belonging to protected categories L.68/99
? Fluent English
? 1-2 years in onboarding, sales or support function experience preferably within the
Fintech space.
? Can switch between communicating to internal and external stakeholders, both technical
and non-technical
? A good understanding of APIs
? You are a self-starter and critical thinker who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative
environment.
? You are a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail with the ability to
work independently.
? Able to self-motivate and deliver in a fast-paced environment
? Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage changing priorities in a hyper-growth
organisation
Nice to haves:
? Any previous work in a SaaS company
? A computer science or technology focused degree

Place of work: Milano - Full Remote
Working Hours: Lun-Ven 9.00-18.00
We offer a permanent contract
