Randstad Milano Banking is looking for an International Bank based in Milan a Client Coverage Legal (Asset Management Lawyer) for a maternity leave.
Responsabilità
We are looking for someone with an experience with European legal and regulatory matters related to institutional asset management business a/o have experience in the field of product distribution.
Responsabilities:
– Advice on legal and regulatory aspects related to offering and distribution of financial products and services to institutional and professional clients.
– Contract drafting and negotiation of standardized and tailor-made documents as well as contribution to the development of internal and industry standards.
– Legal assessment of new, as well as existing (due to regulatory changes) offerings and services and provision of legal recommendations to senior management, business partners and other stakeholders.
– Representing Legal in x-regional/ global projects on new offerings, services or projects of EU and Swiss regulatory relevance.
– Provide in-house trainings to legal colleagues and other stakeholders and participate in multidisciplinary and international regulatory working groups
Functie-eisen
The candidate has:
– A master degree in Italian or another European law; admittance to the bar is a plus.
– Preferably 2-3 years of practical experience in international banking or in an internationally focused law firm, preferably with experience of asset management or private banking (focused on distribution/ wholesale) services and investment funds related law / regulation topics.
- An interest in complex, international and regulatory topics, feeling comfortable to provide legal guidance under foreign law.
– A good communicator with experience in negotiations, analytical and interpersonal skills
– Business fluent in English and Italian, German on top would be a strong asset.
– Team player skills and eager to develop and growth in an international environment.
We offer a fixed term contract for a maternity leave (12 months).
