Job Description
The Commissioning Systems Database Administrator executes and controls the integrated systems completions/start-up program between the construction, commissioning and handover to operations phases.
This person will provides monitoring and oversight regarding system completion to the PMT Start-Up Organization and Contractors Systems Completion Organization.
· Responsible for the setup and configuration of the Completions Management System for project requirements
· Develop the Project Completions Handover Philosophy and will be responsible for monitoring the data population from source design engineering data
· Verifying and issuing of certification for mechanical completion, pre commissioning, and commissioning to the handover from Project to Operation
· Issue progress and status reports to management on a pre-determined basis
· Responsible for Mechanical Completions handovers from Construction (including offshore transportation and installation) through Commissioning, Start-Up and ultimately had over to operations.
· Supervision and training of other employees, implementation and coordination of a preservation management system
· Develop and monitor systems completions database of engineering parameters, check sheets (ITR’s, MCC, RFIC and Hand Over Certification), and verification criteria.
Skills & Experience
· Experience in Database Systems (e.g. Microsoft Access)
· Proficient in mechanical completion tools (e.g. WIN PC)
· Significant completion and commissioning experience in Oil and Gas Offshore Production Systems
· Technical school diploma in a related field or equivalent project commissioning experience
· Strong understanding of Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Inspections and test activities for Oil and Gas Offshore Production systems (e.g. Pipelines, Controls Systems, Manifolds, XT’s, etc.)
· Superior written and oral communication skills (Fluent English is required)
