CONTROLLER
Reporting directly to the company CFO, the position will play a major role in supporting the continued growth and expansion of the company and be a business partner to the executive management.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive accounting knowledge, operational experience, a savvy and business oriented mindset.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all financial and accounting activities
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reporting packages
including analytical analyses.
Coordinates and analyzes financial plans and forecasts.
Assist the CFO on managing the daily operations: AP, AR, Payroll, Tax, focusing on
sales commissions, collections and credit risk
Assist the CFO on Manage the DSO, DPO and cash flow forecasting
Lead the quarterly and monthly closing process, year-end audits and other corporate
financial mandatory requirements
Analyze and improve internal processes and controls to increase overall effectiveness
and productivity
Responsible for operational data integrity and accuracy in compliance with corporate
policy
Responsible for monitoring and meeting regulatory compliance requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting - essential
4-6 years of diverse managerial experience with a multinational company
Strong technical capabilities, ERP and data management skills
Experience in the medical device industry a plus- preferred
Excellent English both writing and speaking - essential
Experience in a global, multi-currency company.
Experience with US GAAP- an advantage.
Structured, systematic and able to manage many activities at the same time in a matrix structured organization.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
