We are currently recruiting, for the Italian unit of a prestigious global Company, leader in the IT Industry (web search engine, mail provider, web services, hardware products etc.), based in Milan, a:

CRM Consultant

Your Role:

The Consultant in Enterprise Services delivers technical solutions to customers allowing them to maximize their investment in Microsoft technology in diverse customer environments. Building upon solid IT project experience relative to their level, these consultants will work with partners to assist customers in the delivery of high-quality engagements around solution areas, technologies, services and products in diverse client environments.

You will play a key role in managing partners and off-shore teams as part of the overall Microsoft services delivery model. Additionally, you will contribute to the mapping of industry specific requirements to the functions of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform. Identifying solution gaps and developing solution options, such as the inclusion of components from Independent Software Vendors, other Microsoft products or customer-specific customizations, is also crucial in this role.
With marketing estates knowledge experience, of at least 5 years and a Technical background you will support customers and partners.

This is a unique opportunity for individuals with an extensive CRM solution background. The role will require both a broad and deep industry knowledge and the ability to design solutions by mapping customer business expectations to reusable end-to-end business application solutions. The Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant will engage in senior level business decision maker discussions related to agility, business value, and business processes. This position will focus on delivery of the largest, most complex, and most strategic projects in EMEA.
