to join a subsidiary of an International
Group leader in customer engagement and
loyalty solutions as a:   Customer Propositions Manager   The candidate part of
"Product  &  Marketing Department" in charge of developing customer
engagement solutions for the Italian market will be responsible for: Job purpose The Customer Propositions
manager is a newly created role in the Italian Product and Marketing team and
will be responsible for revising existing and defining new customer led
propositions for clients and prospects in Italy. As a B2B2C business, we're
looking for someone who can design propositions from a customer perspective,
whilst also supporting our clients' and our own commercial ambitions. The successful candidate
will have a solution design thinking approach. This role will identify clients
and customer needs, target audience analysis, proposition design, market
distribution, competitor analysis and contribute to create business cases for
innovative new propositions. Supporting marketing and
commercial teams to deliver customer engagement solutions for client's
programmes, including target customers, customer experience, points of
differentiation, relevant content & benefits as well as engaging multi-channel
promotional and marketing campaigns (web, social media, email, digital, inbound
and outbound telemarketing, etc.); Collaborating with central
product and marketing teams to create customer propositions for telecoms and financial
institutions existing clients and prospects that will increase customer
engagement; Defining and shaping use
cases for key customer segments across our key verticals. Managing customer engagement
campaign; Leading the development and
the management of products, services and solutions commercialized with a B2B2C
model, defining contents, features and functionalities; Defining strategy, user
experience and comms plans for new product/services launches and development; Negotiating with vendors/partners
involved in the building of the service; Monitoring of new
technological solutions and emerging trends related to the world of loyalty and
customer engagement; Supporting business
development team in Clients meetings and in the provision of product materials,
insights and benchmark Data analysis, reporting and budgeting; Support the monitoring of
the ongoing performance of existing propositions, evolving where required to
drive continued performance and return; Contribute to the definition
of our go to market plans, using insights from market and competitors; To be successful in the role the candidate will need: Education: University Degree
in Marketing & Communication
(nice to have) Work experience:  previous good experience (minimum 5 years) in
this rule in service industry channel, financial institutions,
telecommunications or B2C industries (e.g. Retail, Utilities, etc), including
digital, is mandatory; Significant knowledge and
experience of proposition development, ideally within financial services or
telecommunications. Customer-centric thinker who
can demonstrate success in analysing market needs, analysing competitive
strengths and weaknesses, defining requirements and building propositions Knowledge of loyalty
programmes and customer engagement challenges and objectives Experience Effective process and
project manager, with strong attention to detail Experience in owning and
managing multiple projects and competing priorities Analytical mindset with
ability to solve complex problems through data-driven insights Computer skills: Computer
literate in generic computer packages such as Microsoft Office (particularly
Excel), email systems and familiarity with internet and databases; Languages: C2 level of
English is mandatory. Additional

communication skills with a 'can-do' approach to work Marketing acumen & analytical skills; Demonstrate excellent skills
