Randstad Milan Office is looking for a CUSTOMER & SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE to join a multinational and dynamic company leader in the grocery sector.
The role aims to provide the best possible service to both internal and external customers in a positive and proactive way.
- enter sales orders in agreement with Market Manager and according to stock availability
- answer all possible customer requests
- execute administrative tasks related to the sales process
- align on stock & availability with the relevant stakeholders
- support on reporting & analysis activities
- contribute to the improvement of the sales process
- Degree in Economics or similar
- Master in supply chain, business administration is a plus
- 3 years of previous experience in customer service or inside sales
- first experience in FMCG or logistic is an added value
- proficient knowledge of Italian and English
- strong MS office and IT skills
- experience with Sap Erp system
- good relational and communicative skills
- problem solving and flexible mindset
- customer oriented
We offer a supply contract, 6 months duration, with possible further extension.
Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
Place of work: Milan, with possibility of smartworking 2 days/week
