Our client is a company with a Customer Services Centre in Milan - Italy. We are looking for:

This is the role assigned to provide Customer Service through direct or indirect interaction with Customers, both inbound (mainly) and outbound. It has the primary responsibility to generate the highest levels of customer satisfaction, always in compliance with the required KPIs.
ACTIVITIES:
• Responds to inbound contacts on the various access channels available (telephone, chat, email, etc.)
• Manages complaints, within the scope of its competence defined by the Company, and immediately reports new issues to the Team Leader
• Tracks the contacts received, correctly, accurately and completely, in the tracking systems
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:- is fluent in the languages mentioned (both written and spoken, level C1/C2)
- High School Diploma or directly related work experience.
- has a strong customer focus with the ability to deal empathetically with customers
- has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (strong ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email)
-Preferably over 2 years of experience in the role, for medium/large structured customer service, delivering presales and sales services.
Opening hours are between Monday and Friday from 10.00 am till 20.00 pm on shifts
We offer a 12 month-contract that can be extended with an annual Gross Income of 27K € + 12€ ticket restaurant.
Relevant training will be provided during working hours english. Initial training is scheduled for the first 2 weeks.
