Main tasks and responsibilities:
Contactlab is looking for a young and talented junior developer that will work in our Customer Success Department and will collaborate with the System Integration team. The main task of the team is to design, develop, support and evolve end-to-end services and applications for customers interested in implementing complex integration projects or applications for the digital marketing field. The solutions provided are usually "as a service", hosted on our infrastructure and managed by our Technology Operations team.
The candidate must have a basic knowledge of the web based development and of LAMP or Java technology stacks. He or she will be assisted by senior staff and will take care of the following activities:
• to evolve applications already developed by the company and in real use by customers;
• to participate in troubleshooting and debugging applications written by colleagues;
• to draw up technical documentation and user manual;
• to configure Contactlab systems and products.
Technical skills:
• Higher education or University degree in ICT;
• knowledge of Java (8+) or Angular;
• knowledge of database theories;
• knowledge of SQL language (preferably MySQL);
• curiosity, predisposition for teamwork;
• good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
The activities will take place exclusively at Contactlab HQ.
