We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for our company and drive an ambitious full digital strategy.

What does a Digital Marketing Manager do?

As a Digital marketing Manager, you should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies and analytics. You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital Marketing Manager will work with the Brand Team, HQ functions and Sales Department, to support and launch campaigns on time and on budget.


- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising

- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels

- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience


- Proven working experience in digital marketing

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and to work with different departments also internationally

- Flexibility and ability to work in a constantly evolving environment

- Fluent English - Another language is preferable
