We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Specialist, to work within the Italian Headquarter of a renowned Multinational, based in the East of Milan.
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development and execution of marketing initiatives and digital content that support the objectives of the brands. This includes web content and analytics, search engine optimization (SEO), e-mail marketing, online promotions and social media, among others.
This position will work within the Digital Marketing team and will be mainly responsible for planning, creating, and executing effective digital marketing programs and communications over the digital touchpoints, that will drive website traffic and support the customer journey.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Specialist job duties: support Digital Team in coordinating and executing digital marketing activities across the different initiatives cycle (i.e.: websites, email marketing (DEM), newsletter, online advertising, SEO/SEM, social media strategy)
manage and execute ongoing digital tasks as requested/agreed by/with internal teams;
developing and managing editorial calendar for content sharing across the different digital touchpoints aimed to reach the goals set for each of them.
Job Requirements/Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in an area related to marketing, communications, digital technologies, or a related field.
at least 2-3 years professional experience in an area relevant to the job description is required;
excellent knowledge and abilities for utilizing various digital channels such as web sites, email, mobile apps
knowledge of the logics behind a web content management system (web CMS) and the principles of the customer relationship management (CRM) and email marketing;
knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and of the main digital KPIs;
deep understanding of SEO/SEM optimization techniques and the ability to manage their implementation;
fair understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript programming. Basic usage of image manipulation programs such as Adobe Photoshop, GIMP or similar. In-depth knowledge is a plus;
proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
experience with A/B and multivariate experiments;
written and spoken fluent English;
