Your main tasks:
Creation of the country specific online assortment through assortment reviews as well as supporting the definition of the assortment strategy in collaboration with the corporate category management and the operation in Italy
Article selection for local promotions such as flyers under consideration of overall theme plans and corporate promotions
Identification of additional products for the Italian online shop as well as pricing for the local online-only assortment
Monitoring of online KPIs on commodity group and article level
Article creation and set-up in SAP and Hybris (e.g. product categorization, article description, forecasting of quantities)
Autonomous project management and support regarding the further development of the online shop
Constant analysis of the online market, competitors and the assortment
Your profile:
Successfully completed studies in economics, ideally with focus on e-commerce or a comparable education
Minimum of 3 years working experience in online category management, online sales and pricing, ideally in an international retail environment
Enthusiasm for e-commerce as well as a customer oriented mindset and profound analytical skills
Fluent English and Italian mandatory, German or other languages beneficial
Very good skills in MS-office, SAP knowledge preferable
Willingness to acquire deeper knowledge in the assortment as well as being passionate about the pet industry
