Main duties:

As the Patrizia Pepe E-Commerce Manager, reporting directly to our Head of E-commerce, you will be responsible for driving the roadmap for Patriziapepe.com sales engagement strategy to ensure alignment between our physical and digital selling models, including optimization of day to day operations, as well as, product and process improvements. This role will be responsible for management of multiple highly visible key growth online initiatives over the coming years.

The Role:

Online Sales & Digital Strategy

-To manage the Online Business & guarantee the Delivery of sales Results & growth for the digital distribution channel;

-To articulate digital concepts and solutions in a clear and compelling way;

-To leverage business analysis and a strong understanding of financial metrics to track selling and professional experiences to identify potential areas of improvement in E-commerce;

-To identify key trends and maximize opportunities in the assortment to achieve growth and profitability of the e-commerce business;

-To update strategies consistently based on inventory, newness, and sales trends;

-To collaborate closely with Logistics, IT, Marketing, Retail in order to define the opportunity space for the Omnichannel digital strategic framework, as well as the vision and specific solutions required to deliver against identified business challenges, consumer needs, and specific business and marketing goals.

Buying & Merchandising

-To recommend and support the execution of compelling product assortments for Patrizia Pepe website and marketplaces, optimizing mix and effectively positioning assortment;

-To guarantee the product vision for PatriziaPepe.com with the responsibility to assist and execute merchandising strategies;

-To participate in aligning Merchandising & Planning strategies with stores while identifying opportunities for effective online sales growth.

Customer Journey & Operations

-To work closely with the Communication & Graphic Design team on event strategies and optimal product features;

-To collaborate with Digital Marketing and Creative teams to ensure featured products match marketing direction and inventory;

-To sequence and monitor the site and make changes based on inventory, web sales, and retail sales;

-To update strategies consistently based on inventory, newness, and sales trends;

-To maintain robust competitive intelligence to monitor trends, pricing strategies, and presentation techniques;

-To exhibit leadership capability to motivate and engage direct report;

-To support an integrated best in class customer experience across various digital channels and platforms;

-To understand the domain, knows the experts, asks the right questions to prioritise and perform necessary follow-up to resolve operational issues.

Project Management & Development

-To serve as a Project Leader directly overseeing the daily activities of the project team;

-To manage assigned projects through full-lifecycle, from requirements definition through stabilization and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet product owners expectations (scope);

-To provide management visibility into project status while executing effective decision-making, approvals, and direction.

The Candidate:

-Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) is essential;

-Fluent level of English (written and spoken) is essential;

-Strong E-commerce, Digital and Online Store Management industry experience preferably within Fashion industries or similar;

-Proven track record of delivering strong business results within a small team, large turnover, and within a digital environment;

-Possessing great people management and communication skills;

-Good standard of analytical and numeracy;

-Strong organisational and project management skills;

-Dynamic and creative.
