EMEA Store Planning Coordinator Office Specialist L. 68/99 maternity leave
The EMEA Store Planning Coordinator Office Specialist guarantees the coordination, a complete overview and driving of all the activities related to the store planning and construction in the countries falling under her/his remit, both for Retail and Wholesale channels. Performs the role reporting to the Head of EMEA Store Planning and functionally to the Worldwide Store Planning Director, always ensuring Corporate strategies and deadlines.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Relations with suppliers for administrative aspects concerning budgeting and invoicing
• Prepare and keep updated reports on orders, quotations and invoices
• Planning and controlling of orders and their execution (creation of orders and SAP receipt of goods)
• Administrative support to the Store Planning Project Managers
• Support in the agenda of the Head of EMEA Store Planning
• Management of the relations between Store Planning and other departments for the aspects mentioned above (Finance, Accounting, Tax Office and Legal).
Key requirements:
• Knowledge Office suit in particular excellent Excel knowledge; basic knowledge of SAP
• Great English knowledge, good knowledge of French would be a plus
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Understanding and knowledge of luxury and fashion sector in EMEA zone
• Strong team player, proactive and good at managing multiple tasks
• Strong coordination skills required
• Problem solving, flexibility and proactivity
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Management of international shipments
We offer a fixed term contract for maternity leave
