The Event coordinator will be part of the staff of the prestigious 5* luxury hotel "Palazzo Matteotti", giving a precious contribution for the perfect departmental efficiency, focused on offering an high level of events and ensuring to the guests a memorable experience. The main duties are:
- Organization and supervision of the hotel for private and corporate events as meeting, weddings, cocktail parties, workshops etc.;
- Define the appropriate cost, fees and regulations;
- Delivery events of excellent quality and organization;
- Décor buffets according to "The Dedica Anthology" standards;
- Responds to emergency situations promptly and effectively.
- preparing service orders to communicate the operational procedures to all departments involved in the event organization;
- Cost control and reposts;
- Coordination with F&B, MICE and Sales offices.
Profile and skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel/event operations.
- Good understanding of hotel event planning;
- Fluent Knowledge of Italian and English languages (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills (multi-lingual).
- Knowledge of MS Office, PMS Opera.
- Passion for hotel industry, high level of events, with focus on customer satisfaction.
The type of contract will be decided in according to profile experience.
