I am currently searching for an Executive Assistant to work within the Italian unit of a prestigious Multinational, leader in the Fashion Industry, based in Milan. The Executive Assistant will provide daily organisational and administrative support to Head of Market and his team, managing multiple activities and projects.
Key Responsabilities:
• Manage General office management and administrative duties including diary management, organising meetings and telephone calls.
• Act as the first point of contact for all calls and emails.
• Book and coordinate travel, currency requests, flights, hotels, itineraries, currency and visas for international business trips.
• Processing expenses for the Head of Market and approvals for the team.
• Produce presentations, spreadsheets and executive summary documents.
• Regular data analysis.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor Degree
2 years of experience in the same role in multinational companies
Excellent level of written and spoken English and Italian
Good computer skills
Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality


Fixed term contract 10 months, due to maternity cover
Gross Annual Salary approximately 30k; ticket restaurant
Working hours: full time, 9.00-18.00
