Key Tasks:
The person we are looking for is a young and an energic person who will flank the F&B manager over all his activities concerning the management of food and beverage departments and outlet operations.
In particular, the trainee will support the manager in:
- Preparing the weekly orders as well as maintaining under control the par stock;
- Managing guest queries and possible complains in a timely and efficient manner;
- Supporting the head of service (maître and chef de rang) in providing excellent restaurant service to ensure standards;
- Sustaining the manager communication and coordination among all departments.
Profile and skills:
- Level of Education: Diploma or Bachelor degree;
- Areas of study: Tourism / Economy / Hotel management;
- Languages essential: English / Italian;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other internet tools;
- A dynamic team player up for new challenges.
- Being Familiar with Hospitality or Luxury World will be appreciated;
- Any kind of professional experience in food service will be considered as a plus.
