Main Responsibilities:
• Generate sales leads;
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. Take on initial and logging telephone, e-mail or social media inquiries from clients;
• Provide help regarding the company product or services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions;
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information;
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction (open and maintain accounts);
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution;
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges, answer questions about warranties or terms of sale;
• Inform customer of deals and promotions. Compile reports on overall satisfaction;
• Stay up to date with updates, changes within the company;
Qualifications:
• Bachelor/ Master Degree;
• Experience in Dental Market as Dental Office Assistant (ASO) (preferred);
• A passionate believer in digital transformation;
• Fluent oral and written communication in English;
• Mid-level seniority with a proven background in management of customer relationships;
• Excellent Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce automation tools;
• Collaborative team spirit with an analytical and process-oriented approach;
• Good identifying process improvements with the ability to learn new software and hardware;
Contract: Employed directly by the company
