Main responsabilities:
The selected candidate, as direct report of area’s manager, will have the following responsibilities:
Support ordinary (e.g. systems and network monitoring, backup monitoring, IMAC, etc.) and projects activities within the IT Operations area;
Supply support to the end-user base on productivity tools (e.g. office tools and personal computers);
Support the optimization of systems, networks and service delivery at the IT infrastructure layer;
Support on IT security technical (e.g. antivirus, antispam, firewalling) and compliance (e.g. GDPR) topics;
Requirements:
IT Diploma or equivalent;
Outstanding relational capacities and problem-solving attitudes, precision and pragmatism;
Proactiveness on meeting deadlines, energy, passion and able to work by objectives;
Optimum knowledge of English spoken and written;
Optimum knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (e.g. Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.);
Sufficient knowledge of common IT infrastructures based on Microsoft (e.g. SharePoint, SQL Server, IIS, Windows Server, Active Directory) and VMware products;
Sufficient knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell);
