GROUP PROFESSIONAL ACADEMY LEADER

The Team

Within the HR organization, The Global people development team plays a key role on recruiting, onboarding and developing of our employees to ensure a Global “Best in Class” employee experience.

Prysmian Group Academy has the responsibility to drive all the development employees experience through trainings/contents at different level:
Business School
Professional School
Digital School

This person will have the responsibility to lead and design, with the Head of the Group Academy, the content of the trainings, deliverables and tools of the Professional School Academy.

 The aim is to ensure high quality trainings.

Key Responsibilities
Be the reference point for our managers and internal lecturers boosting their teaching skills/ capabilities
Understand and anticipate the needs expressed by functional directors, managers and HR for technical training
Define the priorities, the calendar and the content of the training
Design with our Professionals speakers the best way to engage our attendees and get effective results
Choose and working in partnership with external supplier when needed
Ensure the implementation of the training plan taking in consideration the budget and the logistic
Promote the activities of the Professional Academy working with our communication department

We are looking for an expert that has gained a significant experience in HR, designing and delivering innovative trainings and able to suggest new innovative approaches for our Academy.

Key Requirements
International experience and fluent English language knowledge
At least 4 years HR experience in global and matrix Companies
Good level of knowledge of trainings content and programs at global level
Innovative mindset and approach
Strong interpersonal skills
Organized and ability to manage priorities

The position is based in Milan.
