The company is a global digital marketing agency wih a local office in Italy specialized in Digital and Social Advertising solutions and accredited API partner to major digital advertising platforms

- Lead the Agency Digital Advertising, Performance and Measurement services
- Partner with the local sales team on new business activities and client partners on overall customer success, flagging opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
- Manage a team of digital advertising specialists and drive them to achieve the company goals
- Bring structure and process to a growing team in a fast-paced environment
- Drive the local development and implementation of new digital products and services

- At least 8 years of experience in a digital agency in a similar role
- Excellent understanding of the main digital channels (Display, Search, Social, Performance, Affiliation, Amazon products and solutions)
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing techniques driving ROI and proven track record translating marketing objectives into results for advertisers
- Excellent knowledge of advanced analytics and tracking tools (Google analytics, Google Campaign Manager, Facebook Attribution)
- Good understanding of social media advertising products and solutions (Facebook and Instagram is a must)
- Proven experience managing complex digital marketing projects
- Solid Leadership and experience managing teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues
Attitude, creativity, and a preference for working in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Bachelor degree
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM Platform will be considered a plus
- Italian, native or bilingual proficiency
- English, full professional proficiency required
