Orienta SpA, Filiale di Bergamo, seleziona per azienda realizzante EVENTO LEADER A LIVELLO MONDIALE, ambito ELETTROMECCANICO un/una HEAD OF EVENT AND COMMUNICATIONS con INGLESE E/O TEDESCO FLUENTI.
The person in charge develops communication objectives on their own initiative and, based on these, communication strategies and plans for the further advancement of the awareness and the image of the event. To this end, he/she coordinates closely with the various department heads (Visitor Relationships team, Sales and Exhibitor Relationships team, Graphic Design team). He/she reports and discusses the proposals directly with the CEO and other members of the top management.He/she implements the measures responsibly and directs internal and freelance staff to do so. He/she is accustomed to regularly reviewing the measures for their efficiency concerning the communication goals.
In particular, you will be responsible for the website's content, regular e-mail communication with potential and actual visitors and exhibitors, the drafting of articles and posts on social media, the content and design of leaflets, brochures, billboards, to mention only the most important areas. In addition, you will be responsible for developing our communication plan and the management of resources; for this purpose, you will have an in-house planning tool at your disposal.
You have the following skills and qualities:
- You have an effortless ability to communicate in Italian, German and English, both orally and in writing; in at least two of these three languages, you can compose texts aimed at a wide audience with a reliable stylistic touch.
- You are familiar with the most common graphics programmes; it is desirable that you are already proficient in Excel
- You have a fine sense of judgement for aesthetic issues
- You have an excellent level of general knowledge and keep yourself informed about current events in your field of work as well as in general
- You enjoy technical issues
- You like to acquire new knowledge and skills
- You like to assume responsibility
- You take deadlines and time limits seriously
- You like to work independently, and at the same time, you enjoy interacting with others to pursue and achieve common goals
- You are an optimistic person who seeks and finds joy in your tasks and carries others along with you.
