Scope of the role:
Manage/organize, in agreement with the Country Manager and in cooperation with the Expansion Corporate Center, all the activities related to the real estate development, the maintenance of real estate assets and the facilities management.
Main activities:
Coordinate the research of the retail spaces in order to develop new business opportunities
Coordinate the drafting of the investment plans
Negotiate and renegotiate lease contracts and supervise their drafts
Coordinate the activities aimed at obtaining permits from the public offices
Coordinate the activities of the project managers during the construction of new stores
Coordinate the maintenance and facility activities both for the stores and the HQ offices
Prepare and monitor the budget for the assigned area
Professional skills required:
Knowledge of the real estate market
Fluent in written and spoken English
Ability to coordinate and lead a team
Ability to coordinate suppliers
Ability to negotiate
Result orientation
Problem solving
Initiative, dynamism
Responsibilities:
