Orienta SpA, is seeking, for an international fashion brand, an:
HR ADMINISTRATOR
Main responsabilities
· Administer the Italian legal employment requirements and procedures, from hiring to termination.
· Support the HRM to recruitment activities to be fast and efficient required to attract right talent to the organization, in line with the Company policies and strategy (ATS + other website support).
· Support the PY Admin. to organize the monthly payroll process, ensuring the correct transmission of data to the external company and controlling the correct implementation.
· Organize and update the Induction Plan to Newcomers.
· Support the Retail and Wholesale Dept. on the payroll/HR and labour law aspects, store activities, day to day problems and any other administration as well as new openings.
· Health and Safety plan (org. annual health visits, relation with the external companies).
· Compliance with company obligations regarding protected categories.
· Ensure Workday accuracy by keeping the records constantly updated, in line with European Guidelines.
· Support HQ/HRM to administer the Year End Salary review process & benefit programs.
· Incentives Plan: RIP – DIP – SIP – AIP: Control, follow –up and prepare the information for payroll. Prepare all the communications to the employees.
· Cooperate with HRM to prepare the annual labor AP including Headcount and AIP, partnering with Finance in the monthly tracking of actuals VS. AP and Forecast, and HR Opex.
· Be responsible for General HR administration activities, ensure HR policies and procedures are legally compliant and followed.
· Organize trainings & development initiatives: developing cooperation with Training Institutes; planning training funded by Ebiter (Ente Bilaterale per lo sviluppo dell'occupazione, della professionalità e della tutela sociale nel settore Terziario), Fondimpresa.
· Promote HR programs: Wellbeing Initiatives, Giving Back Projects, Inclusion&Diversity Initiatives.
· Maintain employees files and records in electronic and paper form.
· Communicate with external partners: Internship Institution, Universities, Temporary Employment Agencies, Public Employment Centers for the recruitment of people with disabilities.
· Manage Purchase Orders and Invoices process for HR Dept. using SAP.
· Support HQ during the implementation of new portals: e.g. Kronos; Service Now.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in Retail company as HR Administrator
- Strong communication and influence skills
- Fluency in English
- Planning and Problem solving ability
- Good knowledge MS Office
- SAP (plus)
