MAIN GOALS:

 The HR BUSINESS PARTNER will act as the primary point of contact for Retail and Wholesale Staff across our European business network. He/She will be responsible to ensure the management of all the HR activities, collaborating with the HQ HR Functions and the Local Area Managers.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

 -Manage and lead the full sourcing and recruitment processes for Retail and Wholesale Team within the EMEAR region, ensuring the business is getting the required level of support and collaborating with the HQ HR Functions for the Managerial Positions.

-Responsible to manage and ensure all the administrative tasks and documents for the assigned Area, collaborating with Legal Partners and Local Payroll Providers

-Manage and update the HR System, ensuring the accuracy of the data

-With the support of the HQ HR Function, ensure the legal compliance to local labour law, managing also grievances, disciplinary and settlement agreements;

-In accordance with the HR HQ Function, manage and oversee the annual evaluation and salary review programs;

-Identifies opportunities for learning and development programs; develop and facilitate organization-specific training sessions;

-Liaising with the Area Managers, Showroom Managers and Store Managers in order to monitor the staff performance, providing coaching and facilitation to build an effective cross-functional partnerships;

-Support the HQ HR Function in elaborating and managing the HR Budgets and Forecast processes;

-Control and analyse HR and Store relevant KPI;

-Manage all the HR project management initiatives, in order to encourage a culture of innovation and customer service;

- Visit regularly the Stores and the Showrooms within the EMEAR region.
