HR Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced recruiter to support our client’s Western Europe Team, international hiring across Western Europe. This is a role for commercial business segments, you will be running a hiring process from requisition intake, through to sourcing, offer and close. Hiring FTE positions. Roles include: Sales, Technical pre-sales, Technical architecture.

Your core role will be hiring the very best talent, across our Western Europe subsidiaries, using a range of sourcing techniques – some obvious, some niche. You’ll obsess about the candidate experience and immerse yourself in the businesses you support, understanding their talent agenda and becoming their primary advisor on Talent Acquisition.

You will ensure the quality of hires is continuously improved, raising the capability and potential of those recruited to meet business objectives. As well as hiring great people you will join key projects which contribute to the on-going development of Microsoft’s Talent Acquisition strategy.

This role will suit someone with previous experience hiring senior talent into complex business areas. You will need excellent communication, stakeholder management, relationship building and learning skills. You will have a strong operational focus, be great at managing expectations and have experience analysing recruiting data to make informed decisions/recommendations.

Your Requirements:

-In depth sourcing skills, familiar with a variety of sourcing channels to find the best talent.
-Stakeholder influencing at senior level, Influencing hiring decisions.
-Minimum 7-8 years’ experience as Recruiter in dynamic multinational environments
-English and Italian: Fluent

We offer 6 months contract with possible extension for FY 21
