Activities
• First point of contact for employees for HR admin requests or issue supporting effective connection with People Ops on entire employee's life cycle (e.g., hiring, on-boarding, off-boarding)
• Assisting People Leader and employee with Workday (e.g., create position, job requisition, change of People Leader, PPG, Org change…)
• First point of contact of EHS Provider (GEAM) for:
- sending monthly active employee reports for mandatory safety training
- providing documentation and information required for secondments and HR certifications
• Managing relationships with medical center for:
- check expire fit for duty medical clearance
- organize medical checks
- sending update employee reports
• Supporting business for localization, secondment and International Mobility In and Out, immigration cases
• Supporting legal representative in office management related matters (e.g., Covid Procedure about Green Pass, manage employee reports for update distribution list)
• Sending internal local communications to employees (e.g., updates on return to office, Salary increase Letter)
