Reporting to the Talent Manager, you will work closely with managers and HR partners to identify needs and create solutions that foster the development of talent and sustain a performance-driven culture across the company.
You will design, develop and monitor processes and tools for development such as performance management, development planning, leadership development, potential evaluation, talent reviews and succession planning.


Your main accountabilities will be:

- Performance management: continue to support the shift towards the new performance management culture of performance and development. Includes internal engagement, communications, system and process configuration/improvement/maintenance, while reinforcing the necessary skills of the people managers through training and coaching

- Run assessment/development centers, leadership and individual development programs

- Design and implement talent review process, succession and career plan processes

- Design and implement development processes and initiatives, such as development plans, temporary assignments, coaching, mentoring


- At least 5 years experience gained in the role in structured companies, preferably in a multinational environment
- Master's degree
- Proficiency use Microsoft Office (Power Point/Excel)
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Coaching and counselling skills
- Assessment techniques
- Assessment and coaching certifications are a plus


- Strong communication and influencing skills, ability to create networks within the organization
- Project management skills, organization and planning
- Creative mindset, innovation skills
- Team player, positive attitude and strong collaboration skills
