Hr Reporting Specialist - Excel Advanced (Maternity Cover)

You'll be supporting the HR team of our client, Leader in Credit Services, ensuring efficient end to end HR process and activities.

Responsibilities:
• Support of the administrative related tasks, maintaining employee files and records
• Support the end to end hr process and activities for all employee in close collaboration with local and global teams and relevant stakeholders
• Reporting and data analysis (ad-hoc reports preparation offering detailed insight and analysis, monthly headcount)
• Monthly monitoring on usage and planning of residual vacations, leaves and absences
• Support budget and forecast activities
• Reporting and data analysis (ad-hoc reports preparation offering detailed insight and analysis, monthly headcount)

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
• Master's Degree in Economics, Business or HR related subjects
• Previous experience as Admin support, Reporting analyst
• Excellent knowledge of Excel ( SEARCH VERT, VLOOKUP, IF…)
• Fluency in Italian and English ( B2)

We offer a fixed term contract, maternity cover. Based in Milan
Gross annual salary: 30K - 32K, to be determined according to seniority
