Consultant Technical & Engineering Branch of Milan recruits on behalf of a company specialized in the sector of alarm and security based in Milan:
Hr Sales Operation Specialist
Job Description:
• Punctual/on time to all appointments (internal as external customers) as well as starting the working day (even before to prepare upstarts meetings for example) on time and accomplishing the working hours. This also includes the reliability handle reporting on time.
• Perform with professionalism as ambassador of the company ensuring a good presentation and correct appearance and be an example to follow.
• Compliance with company's values and behaviors: willing to improve, goal focused, customer oriented and reliable.
• Participate/attend in meetings as ARM, weekly, team meetings, appraisal talks, kick-off, events and trainings.
• Attend onboarding, SWA trainings and develop with guidelines of the company.
• Follow the company's policy´s. (Behavior, values, social media, incl. vacations etc).
• Ensure that the resource work together with the Management (Operational) sales team helping with extra control, organization, and structure with the right tools and routines.
• Search and participate in recruitment, fairs / events / forums / open houses.
• Report on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
• Hire and Onboarding administration routines (registration in systems, criminal record check, handed in documents, contracting).
• A good collaboration with Sales teams, not being afraid of setting structure, organize and have clear communication and feedback when it´s needed.
Qualifications:
• Gratuated in Hr, Psychology or similar.
• Energy and team spirit.
• Experience in telemarketing is a must to (sales-focus).
• Experience in recruitment is a plus but not a must.
• Tones of charisma and a vibrant personality, outgoing and not afraid of creating relationships.
• Very reliable to be available and good on accomplishing with deadlines reporting on time (And help others to report too).
• Able to work hard and under pressure having in mind the capacity and passion and/or positive energy to get “chaos” with a good mental state into structure and organization convincing the team to follow the structure, discipline.
• Ambitious: open to perform in different tasks and hands on act.
